The perfect vegan: fresh spinach on brown mushrooms with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 handful Washed spinach
  • 0,5 pole Leek cut
  • 15 piece Brown mushrooms
  • 15 piece Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • Freshly ground pepper
  1. Brush off the champis and cut into slices.
