Marinated Pork Tenderloin

The perfect marinated pork tenderloin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper salt
  • Aluminum foil
  1. Rinse the fresh pork tenderloin with cold water and pat dry. Remove fat and tendons if necessary.
  2. For the marinade, mix tomato paste, oil, mustard and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. By the way, a little Tabasco is very good if “man” likes it spicier!
  3. Sear the fillet whole all over and place on the aluminum foil. Brush the meat with the marinade while it is still warm, wrap it up well and leave to stand for approx. 1 hour.
  4. Then cook the fillet in the oven at 150-160 degrees air circulation (depending on the stove) for about 30-40 minutes. After the cooking time, take the fillet packet out of the oven and let it rest a little in the aluminum foil. After unwrapping, cut into pieces of any thickness and serve.
  5. Almost any kind of vegetable, rice or pasta goes well as a side dish. As an alternative to sauces, it also tastes good with herb butter …
