Pork: Tender Pork Tenderloin

The perfect pork: tender pork tenderloin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter for frying
  • 2 tbsp Red Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Bengal pepper
  • Aluminum foil
  1. Do not wash the fillet and if so, dry it off very well with paper towels.
  2. Heat a pan with clarified butter and season the fillet well on both sides and fry well.
  3. Then wrap the fillet in aluminum foil and let it simmer in the oven preheated to 150 degrees for about 15 minutes at 100 degrees and then let it rest for another 10 minutes.
  4. We like the meat through the inside, if you want it red on the inside, cook it to your taste.
  5. There was also a Swabian potato salad – you can find it here in my cookbook – and a pepper – leek – onion salad as a side dish.
