- 200 Milliliters Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 piece Ginger about the size of a thumbnail
- 50 g Rice pudding
… cinnamon pears …
- 2 Pears fresh
- 0,5 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Cloves
- 10 g Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon
… and caramelized walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 4 Centiliters Nut liqueur
- 4 Walnut kernels
Serving
- Lemon balm fresh
- Powdered sugar
Ginger – rice pudding …
- Peel ginger, grate finely. Bring the milk, sugar and ginger to a boil. Stir in rice and leave to swell on the lowest setting with the lid closed for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
