Hearty Potato Chopping Pan

The perfect hearty potato chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potato
  • 2 Onion
  • 750 g Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Sweet paprika Salt Pepper
  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Heat the clarified butter in a pan. Fry the potatoes and onions in it for 3 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for 10 minutes while turning. Season with salt, paprika and ajvar, add 200ml water and bring to the boil briefly. Add creme fraiche, season again with salt and pepper.
