Casserole: Brussel Roast with Salmon

The perfect casserole: brussel roast with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Large potatoes
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 300 g Salmon fresh
  • 150 g Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Grated cheese
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut in half. Bring salted water to the boil and blanch the potato slices in them for 2 minutes and then the Brussels sprouts for 6 minutes.
  1. Put the Brussels sprouts and potato slices in a greased baking dish. Cut salmon (skinless) into cubes and spread on top of the vegetables. Whisk the cream with the egg and the spices and pour over it. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  1. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes in a fan oven at 160 degrees.
