- 500 gr Flour
- 200 gr Ground almonds
- 250 gr Butter
- 200 gr Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
- Bitter almond oil to taste
- Put all the specified ingredients in the food processor and knead until the mixture looks crumbly
