Dessert: Kiwi Persimmon Yogurt

- 1 piece Kiwi fresh
- 1 piece Fresh persimmon / Sharon fruit
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 100 ml Cream 30% fat
- 3 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
- 2 sheet Gelatin
- Peel the kiwi and persimmon, cut into pieces, set aside for the garnish and heat in a saucepan with sugar and lemon juice. This is necessary because the kiwi contains enzymes that break down the milk protein and make the whole thing bitter and the dessert does not set.
- Let the gelatine soak in a little cold water.
- Puree the hot fruits and dissolve the swollen gelatine in it. Let cool down
- Whip the cream and mix with the yoghurt and the fruit pulp. Fill into dessert glasses or bowls and let set in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with the retained fruit pieces before serving.
