Saigon – Pepper Spice Mixture
The perfect saigon – pepper spice mixture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tsp Black pepper from the mill
- 2 tsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Cassia cinnamon
- 2 tsp Star anise
- 1 tsp Coarse sea salt
“Saigon”-Pfeffer Gewürzmischung
- Coarsely crush the spices and use as crushed spice for meat and Asian fish preparations.
Use:
- For sea fish, squid, crab, tuna, rice dishes, rabbit, pork, beef.
Aroma:
