Marzipan Cream Cheese Muffin with Apple and Cinnamon Wedges

Apple slices

  • 50 g Margarine
  • 50 g Sugar

  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 150 g Quark
  • 125 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Protein
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Sugar white
  1. Mix egg yolks with margarine, sugar, vanilla pulp and a pinch of salt with a whisk. Fold in baking powder.
