Marzipan Cream Cheese Muffin with Apple and Cinnamon Wedges

Apple slices
- 50 g Margarine
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 50 g Marzipan raw mass
- 150 g Quark
- 125 g Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Protein
- 2 Apples
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Sugar white
- Mix egg yolks with margarine, sugar, vanilla pulp and a pinch of salt with a whisk. Fold in baking powder.
- Cut the marzipan into small pieces and add to the mixture.
- Fold in the quark and cream cheese, spoon by spoon.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and slowly fold in.
- Put in molds and bake in the oven at 175 ° C with fan for about 20 minutes.
