White Chocolate Cream with Calvados Apple Wedges

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Chocolate white
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 400 g Cream
  • 4 Apples
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon sugar
  • 300 ml Calvados

Instructions
 

  • Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan. Then take the saucepan off the stove and immediately add the sour cream and cream. Stir until a creamy mixture is obtained. Transfer to dessert bowls and chill.
  • Just before serving, peel the apples and cut into wedges. Then toss in melted butter in the pan - deglaze with calvados. Serve the chilled white cream with the apple wedges.
