White Chocolate Cream with Calvados Apple Wedges
The perfect white chocolate cream with calvados apple wedges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Chocolate white
- 400 g Sour cream
- 400 g Cream
- 4 piece Apples
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tsp Cinnamon sugar
- 300 ml Calvados
- Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan. Then take the saucepan off the stove and immediately add the sour cream and cream. Stir until a creamy mixture is obtained. Transfer to dessert bowls and chill.
- Just before serving, peel the apples and cut into wedges. Then toss in melted butter in the pan – deglaze with calvados. Serve the chilled white cream with the apple wedges.
