  • 1 Flatbread
  • 1 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 2 Medium sized red onion
  • 2 packet Cream cheese spread
  • 2 Mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Dried oregano
  • Vegeta spice
  1. Cut the flatbread in the middle, place the base on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread cream cheese on both sides. Sear the minced meat in the meantime, dice the paprika and onion and add to the minced meat to taste with the spices. Spread the minced meat mixture evenly over the bottom of the flatbread and top with the mozzarella, cut into slices. Bake the whole thing at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes, then put the lid (flatbread on top) on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the bread you want) in the oven.
