- 2 Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Lemon fruit juice
- 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
- 1 Chopped onion
- 0,5 Cucumber chopped into pieces
- 5 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
- 2 tsp Nana mint
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 6 tbsp Bulgur
- 6 tsp Boiling water
- 6 tsp Salt and pepper
- Soak bulgur in hot water for 30 minutes. – Chop the vegetables and mix with the soaked bulgur.
- Prepare a salad dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, sumac and naana. Mix this dressing with the salad and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. -Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
