  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Lemon fruit juice
  • 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 0,5 Cucumber chopped into pieces
  • 5 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
  • 2 tsp Nana mint
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 6 tbsp Bulgur
  • 6 tsp Boiling water
  • 6 tsp Salt and pepper
  1. Soak bulgur in hot water for 30 minutes. – Chop the vegetables and mix with the soaked bulgur.
  2. Prepare a salad dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, sumac and naana. Mix this dressing with the salad and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. -Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
