The perfect hummus israeli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Canned chickpeas – or freshly cooked
  • 1,5 piece Squeezed lemons
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Toes Grated garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0,75 Glass ikea) Techina / Tahini
  • 1 Glass / ikea Water
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0,25 teaspoon Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  1. Put the chickpeas in a colander and rinse with water. -Then put everything together (without water) in a bowl and mix with the hand blender until it is creamy. -when mixing, add the water in portions. and season again with garlic / lemon. – you can also add a little cumin to taste – sprinkle some paprika over it on the plate, it looks better.
