Hummus Israeli

- 2 size Canned chickpeas – or freshly cooked
- 1,5 piece Squeezed lemons
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 Toes Grated garlic
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0,75 Glass ikea) Techina / Tahini
- 1 Glass / ikea Water
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 0,25 teaspoon Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Put the chickpeas in a colander and rinse with water. -Then put everything together (without water) in a bowl and mix with the hand blender until it is creamy. -when mixing, add the water in portions. and season again with garlic / lemon. – you can also add a little cumin to taste – sprinkle some paprika over it on the plate, it looks better.
