Hearty Raffaello Balls
The perfect hearty raffaello balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Chicken breast
- 200 g Sour cream
- 250 g Grated Gouda
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 200 g Proven ham
- 4 St. Sour cucumber
- 150 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Cook the chicken breast in salted water for about 30 minutes. Then cut into very fine cubes and place in a bowl.
- Cut the pickles and ham into cubes and add to the chicken breast.
- Coarsely grate the Gauda and also add.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the mass, add the sour cream and mix well. Possibly season with a little salt and pepper.
- Grate the Parmesan and mix with the parsley.
- Shape the mixture into balls and roll them in the Parmesan. Put in a cool place and then serve.
