Hearty Raffaello Balls

The perfect hearty raffaello balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Chicken breast
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 250 g Grated Gouda
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 200 g Proven ham
  • 4 St. Sour cucumber
  • 150 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  1. Cook the chicken breast in salted water for about 30 minutes. Then cut into very fine cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Cut the pickles and ham into cubes and add to the chicken breast.
  3. Coarsely grate the Gauda and also add.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese over the mass, add the sour cream and mix well. Possibly season with a little salt and pepper.
  5. Grate the Parmesan and mix with the parsley.
  6. Shape the mixture into balls and roll them in the Parmesan. Put in a cool place and then serve.
