Millet – Coconut – Waffle Hearts

The perfect millet – coconut – waffle hearts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Millet flour
  • 30 g Coconut flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 4 tbsp Soy yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0,5 tsp Cardamom acc.
  • 0,5 tsp Clove powder
  • Soy margarine or coconut oil
  1. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  2. Heat the waffle iron and brush with margarine or coconut oil. Spread the batter in the waffle iron and bake.
  3. Makes approx. 5 – 6 pieces.
  4. Possibly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and / or cocoa.
