Caramel Brittle Chocolates ~ Taste Like Toffifee ~
The perfect caramel brittle chocolates ~ taste like toffifee ~ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 ml Cream
- 50 ml Condensed milk
- 300 gr Sugar fine
- 1 tbsp Beet syrup
- 100 gr Dark couverture
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Some brittle to sprinkle on
- Let the cream, condensed milk, sugar and syrup boil in a coated saucepan for about 10-15 minutes over high heat. Please always stand by and stir! The mass should become thick and take on its caramel color. For me, it is best to recognize when the mass has doubled when it was boiled and then reduced to half again at the end.
- Then you take a square casserole dish or a serving plate that has a slightly higher rim. Put baking paper on it, put the mixture on top and distribute it evenly and then place in the freezer until the mixture has completely cooled down and has set. Take out and cut into squares, triangles or other patterns of the same size.
- Now melt the couverture with the oil and mix well! Pour into a smaller bowl and let cool down briefly. Dip the cut caramel pieces in it and place on a plate that is also lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with brittle and put back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- After about 10 minutes, the couverture has also become firm and dry. Done and sooo delicious :))) Tastes like Toffifee and is pure sugar pleasure 🙂
- It is best to keep the chocolates in a can in the refrigerator, otherwise the caramel chocolates will melt away at room temperature.
- Have fun copying and enjoying 🙂
