Fish Mince Casserole
The perfect fish mince casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Fresh fish fillet
- 200 g Ground beef
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 piece Eggs
- 150 g White bread
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 50 g Bacon
- 50 g Paprika
- Mix the fish fillet given by the grinder with the beef, chopped onion, eggs, soaked, squeezed white bread, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour half of the mixture into a greased box cake tin. Briefly fry the sliced bacon, sprinkle with paprika and place as strips on the filled mass
- Pour the remaining fish batter over it and slide the meatloaf into the hot tube for about 50 minutes. Instead of bacon, you can use hard-boiled eggs, cooked carrots or wiener sausages. 1 egg can be replaced by 1 heaped tablespoon of whole soy.
