Vegetarian: Potatoes Baked with Cheese and Served with Onion Yoghurt

For the onion yogurt

  • 8 Discs Choice of cheese
  • Parsley to garnish
  • 300 g Cream yogurt according to Greek art
  • 1 size Chopped onion
  • Salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Linseed oil
  1. Wash the potatoes and then cook them in the salted water until they are almost cooked. Then take them out of the water, chill them in half and put them in a pan, place the cheese slices double on top of the potatoes and bake the whole thing at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. To decorate, put the parsley on the cheese and then put the pan on the table 😉

Onion yogurt
