Pineapple Sorbet
The perfect pineapple sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 650 g Pineapple meat – already pureed and passed through a sieve
- 50 ml Sugar syrup – depending on the sweetness of the pineapple
- 2 Egg whites lightly beaten
- Peel and puree the pineapple, then pass through a sieve … (I had 2 small fruits)
