Wat Cold, Wat Tastes Good – Pineapple Sorbet with Basil

The perfect wat cold, wat tastes good – pineapple sorbet with basil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Basil
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 750 ml Champagne
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 2 piece Mint stalk
  1. Peel the pineapple, cut into pieces and put in a blender. Add a handful of basil leaves to the pineapple and finely puree both in a blender – sweeten with sugar to taste and preference.
  1. Put in the ice cream maker for about 1 hour, until the ice cream has a good consistency. Take out of the ice cream machine about 5 minutes before the ice cream is served. Arrange in mugs, pour champagne over them and decorate with raspberries or other fruits or mint.
