Fine Almond Waffles with Wild Berry Sauce
The perfect fine almond waffles with wild berry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Wild berry sauce
- 250 g Sugar
- 12 Eggs
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 300 g Flour
- 3 tbsp Pure almond butter
- 2 PK Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Frozen forest berries
- 200 ml Berry juice
- Ground vanilla pod
- 2 tsp Strength
- 1 tsp Sugar

- Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar (normal and vanilla), eggs and baking soda. Now sift in the flour and stir well. Then stir in the almond butter. The waffle batter is ready. Bake in the waffle iron.
sauce
- Put the frozen berries in a saucepan and stir. Pour the juice over it and add a little of the ground vanilla pod and the sugar. Stir every now and then.
- Mix the starch with a little cold water. As soon as the juice-berry mixture begins to simmer, stir in the starch-water mixture. Bring to the boil briefly and season to taste. If necessary, add sugar and vanilla. If it is still too runny for you, prepare some mixed starch, stir in and bring to the boil.
