  • 500 g Morello cherries glass
  • 175 g Preserving sugar
  • 50 ml Kirsch
  • 5 piece Cherries fresh

chocolate cake

  • 75 g Soft butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 85 g Flour
  • 0,25 packet Baking powder
  • 0,75 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 35 ml Milk lukewarm

  • 0,5 piece Banana
  • 0,5 piece Peach
  • 0,5 piece Apple
  • 0,5 piece Pear
  • 0,5 piece Lemon juice
  • 5 piece Mint leaves
  • 8 piece Cherries
  • 8 piece Strawberry
  1. Bake the chocolate cake (see recipe below) and let cool down completely (preferably overnight). Mix the cherries and the juice together with the preserving sugar in a saucepan. Then bring to the boil, simmer for four minutes, finally stir in two tablespoons of kirsch. And then put in a flat mold to cool (you can cool down overnight, then the mass is really solidified). Beat the cremefine with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Then stir in the quark. Crumble the cake and pour the rest of the kirsch over it. Layer all ingredients alternately in a glass. Finally, put a fresh cherry on top.
