Chicory-boat with Cream Cheese and Figs
The perfect chicory-boat with cream cheese and figs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 g Chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoon Cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Acacia honey
- Ground pepper white
- 2 Chicory leaves
- 1 Fig fresh
- Walnut kernels
- Mint fresh
- Toast the nuts in a pan without fat. Mix the cream cheese with honey, season with pepper and fold in the walnuts.
- Wash and dry the chicory leaves. Place them inside each other with the tips facing outwards so that the shape of a boat emerges. Place on a plate and put the cream cheese cream in the middle.
- Wash, dry and quarter the fig. Put two quarters of it in the “boat”. Use the remaining quarters as decoration. Garnish with walnut and mint.
