Scrambled Vegetables
The perfect scrambled vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Sweet red peppers fresh
- 4 Pc. Fresh tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Onions
- 2 Pc. Hot or mild pepperoni
- Chopped parsley or chives
- 8 size Whisked eggs
- Salt
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 2 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
- Wash and finely dice the vegetables. Then fry the onions and peppers in olive oil and stew for a good 5 minutes. Then add the diced tomatoes and let stew for 5 minutes. Whisk the eggs, season with salt and cayenne pepper (chilli), season to taste. Pour everything over the braised vegetables, add chopped parsley or chives, stir well in the pan. The dish should stay juicy, so just let it set and then serve with white bread. Bon appetit or Afiiyet olsun 🙂
