Pancake Feeling

The perfect pancake feeling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Chicken breast
  • 5 Pc. Cherry tomatoes per person
  • 150 g Fennel fresh
  • 1 Pc. Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt pepper,
  • Thyme – fresh or dry)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Knoblauchzeh
  • For pancakes
  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 0,5 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 80 g Butter / margarine or 10 teaspoons of oil to fry
  1. Preparation 1: Wash the chicken breast, dab and cut into small cubes 1x1cm or strips. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Dice the fennel and slice the carrots. Heat the pan and pour in the oil, fry the chicken, fennel and carrots in it. Season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. Then add the mushrooms and cream and mix – continue to simmer gently. Halve the cherry tomatoes, add and mix. Finally, make the filling slightly thicker, add 1-2 tablespoons of cheeky cream and stir. In the meantime, put the finished pancakes on the plate, distribute the filling and fold together in the middle. Set up – done.
  2. Put the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the center. Beat eggs with sugar, salt, milk and mineral water with a whisk and pour some of them into the recess. Mix the egg liquid and flour from the middle, gradually adding the remaining egg liquid, being careful not to create any lumps. Let the dough “rest” for 10 minutes.
