Cheese and Ham Canapes

The perfect cheese and ham canapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 Discs Edam
  • 500 g Cooked ham
  • 125 g Butter
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 1 Pck Tk chives or
  • 1 Pck Tk 7 herbs
  • 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 head Salad
  • 2 Poles Baguette
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread 10 slices of Edam cheese on top, slightly overlapping. Melt in the oven at 160 ° degrees until the cheese sticks together and forms a surface. Then take it out of the oven.
  1. Cut the cooked ham in a rectangular shape and distribute the slices tightly on the cheese.
  1. Melt the butter and mix it with the processed cheese and 7 herbs mixture. Dice the eggs and mix them too. Now season with salt and pepper.
  1. Spread the mixture on the ham and roll it up tightly using the parchment paper. Leave to set in the refrigerator overnight in the parchment paper, seam facing down.
  1. The next day, cut the ham and cheese roll into slices. Cut the baguette into slices as well. Now place a slice of baguette, a lettuce leaf and a slice from the roll on top. Repeat the process until the roll is used up.
  1. The quantity is enough for approx. 50 pieces !!
