Fish with Hash Browns

The perfect fish with hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Fish fillet – at will
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 medium sized Potatoes
  • Nutmeg
  • Oil
  1. Wash, peel and roughly grate the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg
  2. Cut the fish in portion size, salt and pepper and cover on one side with the rösti mixture – not too thick, otherwise the potatoes will not be cooked :)))))))
  3. Heat a pan with oil and place the pieces of fish with the potato side down. Let the parts fry until the hash browns on the sides and the fish turns white on the edge, then switch off the pan, turn the fish and let it simmer for a moment
  4. A salad tastes best with it
