Quinoa and Carrot Hash Browns

- 100 g Quinoa
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 500 g Potatoes
- 350 g Carrots
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 3 tbsp Flour
- Seasoned Salt
- 250 g Cream curd
- Chives
- Dill
- Add quinoa to the boiling broth and let soak for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and grate them roughly in the food processor. Mix with quinoa, flour, egg and 1 tablespoon of Chreme fraiche. Bake 12 pancakes in hot margarine.
- Mix the quark with the remaining creme fraiche, the herbal salt, chives and dill.
