Quinoa and Carrot Hash Browns

The perfect quinoa and carrot hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 350 g Carrots
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • Chives
  • Dill
  1. Add quinoa to the boiling broth and let soak for 15 minutes over low heat.
  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and grate them roughly in the food processor. Mix with quinoa, flour, egg and 1 tablespoon of Chreme fraiche. Bake 12 pancakes in hot margarine.
  1. Mix the quark with the remaining creme fraiche, the herbal salt, chives and dill.
