Tomato Bulgur

The perfect tomato bulgur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Clove of garlic, if you like
  • 250 g Cherry flavors
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 200 g Instant bulgur
  • 450 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Red onion
  • 100 g Feta
  • 4 Branches Flat leaf parsley
  1. Peel the garlic and cut into cubes. Wash tomatoes, pat dry, cut in half and sauté in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the bulgur, pour in the broth. Season everything with salt and pepper and simmer openly for about 8 minutes.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the feta into pieces. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the branches and cut into strips. Arrange the bulgur with feta and onion rings on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
  3. Green salad tastes good with it.
