Tocco Rosso
The perfect tocco rosso recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For 1 glass:
- 2 cl Campari
- 2 cl Elderflower syrup
- 6 cl Prosecco
- Some mint leaves
- Some ice cubes
- Gently press / squeeze the mint leaves.
- Put the well-chilled Campari, Prosecco and elderflower syrup in a glass and mix together. Add the mint leaves and ice cubes and serve well chilled, possibly with my straw.
