Tocco Rosso

The perfect tocco rosso recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For 1 glass:

  • 2 cl Campari
  • 2 cl Elderflower syrup
  • 6 cl Prosecco
  • Some mint leaves
  • Some ice cubes
  1. Gently press / squeeze the mint leaves.
  2. Put the well-chilled Campari, Prosecco and elderflower syrup in a glass and mix together. Add the mint leaves and ice cubes and serve well chilled, possibly with my straw.
