Spicy version

  • 40 g Protein powder, chocolate / neutral / vanilla depending on the variant
  • 40 g Soy flour
  • 10 g Gluten
  • 100 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Sesame seeds, garlic, … etc.

Chocolate version

  • 2 tbsp Sprinkle sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder, heavily de-oiled

Version with vanilla

  • 2 tbsp Sprinkle sweetness
  • Some vanilla from the mill, vanilla flavor etc.
