Dukan Protein Rolls – Several Variations Possible
The perfect dukan protein rolls – several variations possible recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spicy version
- 40 g Protein powder, chocolate / neutral / vanilla depending on the variant
- 40 g Soy flour
- 10 g Gluten
- 100 g Lowfat quark
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- Sesame seeds, garlic, … etc.
Chocolate version
- 2 tbsp Sprinkle sweetness
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder, heavily de-oiled
Version with vanilla
- 2 tbsp Sprinkle sweetness
- Some vanilla from the mill, vanilla flavor etc.
- Put eggs, egg white powder (neutral for spicy, chocolate / vanilla etc. for sweet), flour, quark in a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer or whisk. At the very end, add the baking powder.
- Place 4 piles of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (it is best to use 2 spoons or put the dough in a freezer bag beforehand, cut into the corner and spray onto the sheet).
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes on the lowest rail.
Chocolate version – my favorite
- In addition, add 2 tablespoons of heavily de-oiled cocoa to the chocolate protein powder and, if necessary, sprinkle sweetener before the baking powder.
Spicy version
- Mix in the spices before the baking powder, sprinkle with sesame seeds if necessary.
tip
- You can separate the eggs and only use one egg yolk and 3 egg whites to further reduce the fat content. Works just as well.
