- 15 g Wheat bran
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Choice of sweetness – honey, stevia, agave syrup or maple syrup
- 1 Knife point Salt
- Herbs of your choice
- Beat the egg white until stiff, mix with the wheat bran and baking powder. Put the sweet and then small heaps on a baking sheet. (Use foil or baking paper).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
