Ingredients

  • 15 g Wheat bran
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Choice of sweetness - honey, stevia, agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 Knife point Salt
  • Herbs of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg white until stiff, mix with the wheat bran and baking powder. Put the sweet and then small heaps on a baking sheet. (Use foil or baking paper).
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
