Stock: Lavender Sugar

The perfect stock: lavender sugar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Dried lavender flowers

  1. Now is lavender time! Cut off the lavender flowers and dry them well. (Takes a few days) Remove the flowers from the panicles. (see picture 2)
  1. Layer the lavender blossoms and sugar alternately in a sealable jar. Start and finish with sugar. Now the sugar has to go through well.
  1. The sugar is used for desserts, the flowers can also be used for decoration. If there are any flowers left, place in a sealable jar and keep in a dry place.
