- Dried lavender flowers
- Sugar
- Now is lavender time! Cut off the lavender flowers and dry them well. (Takes a few days) Remove the flowers from the panicles. (see picture 2)
- Layer the lavender blossoms and sugar alternately in a sealable jar. Start and finish with sugar. Now the sugar has to go through well.
- The sugar is used for desserts, the flowers can also be used for decoration. If there are any flowers left, place in a sealable jar and keep in a dry place.
