Potato Soup with Kassel Neck Chops

- 1 piece Neck steak or pork chop or Kassler
- 4 piece Frankfurter sausages Ham sausages or Krakauer
- 400 g Finely diced potatoes
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery
- 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
