Maultaschen on Spinach
The perfect maultaschen on spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 pack Maultaschen from stock
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 packet Spinach Tk
- 1 size Onion
- Salt pepper
- Nutmeg a.d.M
- 6 tbsp Rice Whipped Cream
- -Vegetarischer Sahneersatz-
First the Maultaschen
- Warm the Maultaschen in the vegetable stock, for this I halved the Maultaschen – you can find Rz here in my cookbook – only let the Maultascheun steep in the hot broth.
With the spinach vegetables
- Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in a pan with a little sesame oil until golden brown, then add it to the thawed and heated spinach, season with salt & pepper and nutmeg. Top it off with rice whipped cream (a vegetarian cream substitute).
For serving
- Put the spinach on the plate and place the Maultaschen on top … enjoy your meal
