Chicken Breast Fillet from WOK
The perfect chicken breast fillet from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Chicken breast fillets
- 2 tsp Asia spice
- 1 tsp Dried ginger
- 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Diced pineapple
- 2 tbsp Bamboo shoots canned
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- Marinate the chicken breast fillet with the oil, Asian spices and ginger for about 2 hours. “Open” the wok and sear the meat. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the pineapple, bamboo shoots and tomato paste.
