Chicken Breast Fillet from WOK

The perfect chicken breast fillet from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tsp Asia spice
  • 1 tsp Dried ginger
  • 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Diced pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Bamboo shoots canned
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  1. Marinate the chicken breast fillet with the oil, Asian spices and ginger for about 2 hours. “Open” the wok and sear the meat. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the pineapple, bamboo shoots and tomato paste.
  2. Serve with rice. Enjoy your meal!!
