- 6 Diced potatoes
- 0,5 head Fresh cauliflower in small florets
- 0,5 Celery bulbs roughly diced
- 0,5 Roughly diced root parsley
- 3 Roughly diced carrots
- 0,5 Sliced leek
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 50 g Ham cubes
- 1 Roughly diced onion
- 1,5 liter Meatsoup
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 1 bag Herbal mixture TK
- Preparation: Peel (clean) the potatoes and vegetables and cut them into pieces suitable for soup.
- Fry the ham and onion cubes in the hot oil, sauté the soup vegetables in them, add the potatoes and deglaze with the meat stock. My broth was still from the “Glottertäler Schäufele”, with a strong smoky taste, which was an advantage for the stew.
- Put a lid on and let the vegetable soup simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with pepper and salt, refine with a mixture of herbs and serve the soup with a heated sausage in thick slices.
