Vegetarian: Pesto

The perfect vegetarian: pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 pot Basil
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 hand Pine nuts
  • 100 g Parmesan fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cold pressed rapeseed oil
  • 2 toes Garlic
  1. Pick the basil and place in a tall container, with the parsley. Roast the pine nuts dry.
  2. Break up the Parmesan with salt, pepper and garlic, add to the basil and chop with a little oil. Now add enough oil until the desired consistency is desanded.
