Vegetarian: Pesto
The perfect vegetarian: pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 pot Basil
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 hand Pine nuts
- 100 g Parmesan fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Cold pressed rapeseed oil
- 2 toes Garlic
- Pick the basil and place in a tall container, with the parsley. Roast the pine nuts dry.
- Break up the Parmesan with salt, pepper and garlic, add to the basil and chop with a little oil. Now add enough oil until the desired consistency is desanded.
