Wrong Pakoras
The perfect wrong pakoras recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Eggplant fresh
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 bits Celery bulb
- 1 Potato
- 0,333333 Can Coconut milk
- 2 handful Green frozen peas
- 1 Cup Chickpea flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric
- Sweet paprika
- Water
- Peel and roughly grate the carrots, celery and potatoes. Peel the aubergine and cut into small cubes, as well as the onion.
- Put all vegetables in a bowl, add coconut milk and spices and mix well.
- Add the chickpea flour while stirring and add enough water until a slightly mushy mixture is formed. Now let the mixture stand for about 30 minutes so that the vegetables can absorb the spices.
- In a pan with plenty of hot oil, fry a tablespoon full of the mixture on both sides until they are nice and brown (because of the spices, the patties will be quite brown).
- A cool mint yogurt sauce tastes good with it.
