Wrong Pakoras

  • 1 Eggplant fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 bits Celery bulb
  • 1 Potato
  • 0,333333 Can Coconut milk
  • 2 handful Green frozen peas
  • 1 Cup Chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Sweet paprika
  • Water
  1. Peel and roughly grate the carrots, celery and potatoes. Peel the aubergine and cut into small cubes, as well as the onion.
  2. Put all vegetables in a bowl, add coconut milk and spices and mix well.
  3. Add the chickpea flour while stirring and add enough water until a slightly mushy mixture is formed. Now let the mixture stand for about 30 minutes so that the vegetables can absorb the spices.
  4. In a pan with plenty of hot oil, fry a tablespoon full of the mixture on both sides until they are nice and brown (because of the spices, the patties will be quite brown).
  5. A cool mint yogurt sauce tastes good with it.
