Pakoras, Indian Vegetable Fries
The perfect pakoras, indian vegetable fries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp Flour
- A bit of water
- Turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala
- Tandoori Masala,
- A bit of salt
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Green chilli, chopped
- 1 Handful Fresh coriander
- Vegetables of your choice, finely and thinly sliced, e.g.
- Peas, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, eggplants, etc.
- Mix all ingredients to a pulp and then stir in the vegetables, let them steep a little and then fry in hot oil spoon by spoon. My yoghurt dip is suitable as a dip, you can find the recipe in my cookbook 😉
