Pakoras, Indian Vegetable Fries

The perfect pakoras, indian vegetable fries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • A bit of water
  • Turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala
  • Tandoori Masala,
  • A bit of salt
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Green chilli, chopped
  • 1 Handful Fresh coriander
  • Vegetables of your choice, finely and thinly sliced, e.g.
  • Peas, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, eggplants, etc.
  1. Mix all ingredients to a pulp and then stir in the vegetables, let them steep a little and then fry in hot oil spoon by spoon. My yoghurt dip is suitable as a dip, you can find the recipe in my cookbook 😉
