Razor Clams in Thyme Butter and Linguine

- 1 kg Razor clams
- 1 bunch Thyme
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g Linguine
- Parsely
- Parmesan if needed at all
- I discovered the razor clams for the first time at my fish dealer and just couldn’t leave them ………. Release razor clams, add plenty of thyme to the butter, salt and pepper. At the same time, cook the pasta. Remove the thyme and cook the mussels over low heat for max. 5 minutes. Serve with the pasta and sprinkle with parsley. Parmesan can be served if you like.
