Herbal Butter with Thyme and Balsamic Vinegar
The perfect herbal butter with thyme and balsamic vinegar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Soft butter
- 16 Stems Fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoon Balsamic cream / glaze
- 2 teaspoon White milled pepper
- Remove the leaves from the stems. Then finely chop the leaves.
- Now mix all the ingredients together.
- I always portion my amounts as needed and then put them on a piece of cling film. There I roll it into my desired thickness and close it on both sides by twisting it. Then just put them in the fridge or freezer.
Suggestions for use
- Melt on a steak or piece of chops.
- Serve with crispy warm rolls or bread
- Or put a piece of butter over a freshly baked potato
