Roulades with Beans and Potatoes
The perfect roulades with beans and potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Beef roulades
- Mustard medium hot
- 2 Pc. Bacon slices
- 2 Gherkins
- 1 Onion
- 1 pinch Cayenne powder
- 400 ml Beef stock
- 1 Can Tomato canned drained
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables
- 50 g Diced bacon
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
- 2 Onion
- 6 Potatoes
- 300 gr Beans
- Butter
- Oil
- Brush the roulades with mustard and top with bacon, finely chopped onions and pickles. Season with cayenne pepper. Roll up and close in the classic way. Fry vigorously in oil on all sides. Remove ….. sauté the diced soup vegetables, bacon and onions in the gravy, add the stock and tomatoes. Season to taste with pepper and herbs. Add the roulades and stew for a good 1.5 hours. Boil the beans and potatoes in salted water. Then fry in a pan with butter and season with salt. In most cases I puree the sauce and then it is served. For a little play of colors, I tanned a potato side more ….. is also a great excuse if you weren’t careful 🙂
