Ingredients
 

  • 2 Onions
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1,5 kg Lamb
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 300 g Beans
  • 1,5 kg Potatoes
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Oregano

  • For the roast lamb, peel and chop the onions. Heat some oil in a saucepan and roast the chopped onions in it until light brown. Add the meat and let it brown.
  • Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper to the onions. Let everything stew for 1 hour. Blanch the beans separately and add to the lamb. Let simmer for another 40 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut in half and marinate on the tray with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Place in the oven for 1 hour at 180 ° C and bake until crispy.
