Instructions

- For the roast lamb, peel and chop the onions. Heat some oil in a saucepan and roast the chopped onions in it until light brown. Add the meat and let it brown.
- Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper to the onions. Let everything stew for 1 hour. Blanch the beans separately and add to the lamb. Let simmer for another 40 minutes.
