Mushroom, Asparagus and Creamed Slices

- 500 g Minute steaks sliced or cut into strips
- 300 g Fresh or canned mushrooms
- 300 g Asparagus cuts
- 1 size Onion
- 600 ml Water
- 250 ml Cream
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika spice
- Flour
- Oil
- Peel and dice the onion.
- Sear the chopped meat and add the onions.
- Drain the champions from the can or clean and slice fresh mushrooms. Add this to the meat and fry it.
- Season everything with pepper, salt and paprika
- Now add the cream and water and bring this to the boil. Drain the asparagus and add to the pan
- While stirring constantly, add a little flour for the desired consistency. ! Caution, lumps, danger!
- Season everything to taste again and, if necessary, add seasoning. Noodles or rice go well with this.
