Mushroom and Cream Slices
The perfect mushroom and cream slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Schnitzel meat from the upper shell
- 250 g Mushroom
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Go. parsley
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 tsp Green pickled pepper
- Salt, black ground pepper
- Cut the meat into strips and sear them in the pan. Take out of the pan. Then fry the mushrooms and the onion. With the cream, add a dash of water or broth with salt and heavy, pepper and add the green pepper. Tie with a piece of cold butter or a sauce thickener. Sprinkle with parsley at the end

- The mushrooms shown are really mushrooms. Checked a few days too late and then it can turn into a small brown mushroom 🙂 🙂 🙂
